Formation of digital competence of a future architect in conditions of digital transformation

Changes in the education system that have occurred in recent years (globalization, informatization, digitalization, digital transformation, introduction of new technologies, etc.) require the training of competitive, mobile, competent specialists socialized in the digital environment. The purpose of the article is to identify ways to develop digital competencein the context of digital transformation. The relevance of the problem is indicated, the positions of scientists on the essence of key concepts of the study (digital transformation, digitalization, digital educational environment, digital competence). The author’s interpretation of the concept of “digital competence” is presented. The features of the formation of digitalization as a stage in the development of interaction between humans and information are highlighted. It is noted that digitalization in education immerses subjects in the digital educational environment. The need for interaction between science, education and production is pointed out. Digital platforms (types of digital platforms) are identified. Particular attention is paid to digital technologies that ensure the formation of digital competencies. The didactic capabilities of computer hardware and software are presented in order to form the necessary digital competencies of students (in training sessions).
