The article discusses the trends of the time and normative grounds that reflect the need for the formation of digital competencies among graduates of professional educational organizations, as well as the specifics of the formation of digital competencies of students of pedagogical specialties. On the example of the activities of Miass Pedagogical College, the experience of an educational organization aimed at improving the level of development of digital competencies of all subjects of the educational process is presented. The idea of the relationship between the level of formation of digital competencies of teachers and graduates of pedagogical specialties is formulated. Approaches to the formation of digital competencies of teachers are proposed. The actions of an educational organization that ensure an increase in the level of development of digital competencies of students are described (changes in the content of the educational program, resources of additional education programs, other techniques that provide the desired result are shown). Diagnostic tools are presented. They allow determining the level of formation of digital competencies of graduates.
