Formation of Chinese students business qualities as a factor of ensuring economic security (the results of empirical research)

Based on the results of an empirical study, the article presents the unique structure of values of this University students. It is emphasized that the methodology of sociological diagnostics of human capital, based on the appeal to the values of respondents, allows the most adequate to build procedures and strategies for diagnosis. The results of the empirical study confirmed the hypotheses that the value networks of Peking University students have unique characteristics, which are expressed in the graduate's desire for competitiveness, prudence and pragmatism. Predictive conclusions are made about the prospects for preparing university students with respect to the effective impact on human capital.
