The formation of individual's leisure competencies in the conditions of higher education institution's social and cultural practice

The authors consider the main problems of implementing leisure competencies of students in the context of attracting them to various types of social and cultural practice; analyzes the levels of personal development in a social and cultural environment; it gives an idea of the requirements for the education of the individual in higher education. The article discusses the main intrinsic characteristics of the formation of leisure competencies, taking into account the new requirements for personal development. The authors presented their views on solving the problem of organizing social and cultural practice at the University. The understanding of the scientific nature of the functioning of social and cultural activity as a sphere of cultural positioning has been expanded.
