Formation of flexible professional skills in college and university students

Theoretical provisions for the development of soft skills are analyzed, the definition of “soft skills” or “flexible professional skills” is given, the components of soft skills are analyzed based on an analysis of the works of Russian authors and methods for developing soft skills of Russian universities.
