Formation of readiness for innovative activity among vocational education teachers

The article defines the concept of readiness of vocational education teachers for innovative activities through the analysis of the views of leading scientists in this field of pedagogy. Such concepts as innovation, innovation, innovation process, innovation activity, readiness for innovation activity are considered; the conditions and reasons for the need for these processes in modern professional educational organizations are formulated, and the readiness of teachers to introduce innovations into their professional activities is analyzed.
