The article describes the driving force of a person’s comfortable existence in society, the problem of maintaining health among modern youth and the search for new ways to develop education. An individual trajectory of learning at a university is defined, as well as the implementation of its main stages and stages of health-preserving activity. It describes the interconnected elements of a scientifically based model of the process of implementing the trajectory. It discusses the pedagogical conditions necessary for the effective functioning of the individual trajectory model.
