The formation of civil activity of students in the process of studying legal disciplines

Numerous problems in the society are caused by poor development of civil law bodies, and, as the original cause of it, by insufficiently developed social activity of the Russia’s population. This problem can be solved only by developing active citizenship in the system of the higher education. To solve this problem it is offered to use participial style of managing students study in the course of studying legal disciplines. The given style makes it possible for an individual to seek and choose the means which accentuate discovering characteristic features of interactions of the teacher and the student, leading to formation of the attainable quality - civic engagement of the student
