The relevance of the article is due to the need to improve the digital infrastructure of higher education institutions and increase the efficiency of educational processes in the context of intensive digitalization. The methods of analysis and comparison for assessing the components of the electronic information and educational environment and their impact on the educational process are considered. The results are presented indicating an increase in the availability of educational resources, optimization of the educational process and the development of digital competencies of participants in educational relations. The goals, objectives and structural components of the electronic information and educational environment, as well as the methodology for calculating the accreditation indicator “Availability of an electronic information and educational environment” are presented. Particular attention is paid to the automation of solving administrative tasks and personalization of training, improving the digital competencies of participants in educational activities through targeted training and the use of modern digital tools.
