Formation and development of the vocational education teachers'' Professional competencies on the basis of information and communication technologies

Taking into account the connection between the concepts ‘labour function’ and ‘professional competence’, given in the professional standard and the federal state educational standards, the authors examine the teachers’ basic knowledge and skills which formation requires the use of information and communication technologies. The authors determined three pedagogical conditions for the professional competencies formation with the help of information and communication technologies as well as methods and means of their formation.
