Formation of information and legal competence of the individual in the conditions of global informatization of modern society: socio-cultural aspect

The article reveals such concepts as competence, competence approach, information and legal competence. Trend technologies of social and cultural activity that effectively influence the process of formation of information and legal competence of the individual (educational technologies, project technologies) are considered. The article describes the features of modeling the process of information and legal education in free time, where the leading principle is the principle of leisure self-organization, determined by the need of the individual to obtain the necessary information and legal knowledge for professional activities. The article describes innovative forms of extracurricular activities that are used in the formation of information and legal competence of the individual (educational information courses, information and legal webinars, unconferences, information and legal foresight sessions, case studies, legal web quests, quizzes, etc.).
