The article examines the role of information systems in the formation of information and intellectual resources of a high-tech enterprise. A model of personnel certification has been developed, which includes an assessment of theoretical knowledge and the results of practical activities of employees. An organizational and economic mechanism is proposed that ensures the sustainable development of the company, and an algorithm for managing the predicted value of its business reputation is described.
