Formation of the IP culture of the population: conceptual foundations, experience, actual tasks

The article is devoted to the concept of IP culture as a system of characteristics and competencies that determine behavior and activity in the field of intellectual property. IP culture as a component of the national innovation environment. The results of theoretical and methodological development of the concept of IP culture are presented, the definition of the concept is given, its decomposition is carried out. An expansive approach to understanding the subject of IP culture and its interpretation as a complex competence is substantiated. A hypothesis is put forward about the effectiveness of the formation of IP culture in pedagogical and educational processes, taking into account a differentiated approach to its subjects. The understanding of IP culture as a pedagogical and educational reference point has been developed. The essential specifi of IP education as a pedagogical process are formulated. The analysis of evidence-based practices in the formation of the IP culture of the population is carried out. The actual tasks of theoretical and applied development of IP culture in the subject fi ld of education sciences are determined.
