The work describes the necessity of formation of pupils' environmental culture due to the society's transfer to the strategy of “stable development”. The teaching forms and methods aimed at the improvement of the level of pupils' environmental culture within the frames of the implementation of the conceptual model are shown. The work is the first to present the results of the conducted experiment on this model's implementation on the basis of the Municipal Budgetary Educational Institute “Secondary School. 88” in Krasnoyarsk
