Formation of ethical skills: ethics workshop

The article analyzes the experience of adaptation of practice-based methods «Icons» for the formation of professional ethical competences, which are crucial for building both professional and social careers of future graduates. The authors analyze the prospects of using “western” training methods in teaching ethics courses in Russian universities. The conclusions are drawn according to the results of a series of workshops based on the data of questionnaires, debriefing and written reports.
