This article discusses the aspect of communicative and speech competence in teaching Kyrgyz as a foreign language as a key concept that determines the high level of knowledge of the Kyrgyz language by Chinese students. Teaching Kyrgyz as a foreign language is a process of developing communicative competence in an audience of Chinese students, and the subject is the formation of oral speech skills of Chinese students. The Kyrgyz language has come to be regarded as a foreign language in terms of its use in various social and verbal situations. Accordingly, discursive ways of describing the methodology of teaching the Kyrgyz language as a foreign language began to form, with an emphasis on the activity of verbal communication. It will be about the use of visualization in teaching the Kyrgyz language as a foreign language when teaching different types of speech in the Kyrgyz language.
