The formation of communicative and organizational skills of student managers in social-psychological training

The article reviews the problem of formation of professionally important competencies of students-managers in terms of socio-psychological training. The author present and analyzes the results of ascertaining and forming experiments to investigate the level of communicative and organizational skills of students-managers of the Institute of Economics and Management of the Buryat State University. The research data were processed using mathematical-statistical method of T-test T-criterion student. Besides this, the article describes the test methodology used for the research and the educational technologies composing the program of socio-psychological training. The conclusion is made that the implemented of a program of social and psychological training. It is includes interactive occupations, the psychological developing exercises, modeling and the analysis of concrete administrative situations, role-playing and business games, creative project works, which allowed to improve significantly indicators of the development of a level of communicative and organizing abilities of the students that make a considerable share in structure of professionally important qualities of managers.
