Developing complex system of innovation management

The article presents a complex system of innovation management, which distinguishes three main sources of innovations at the company. The author analyzes network forms of innovative activity, substantiates an idea of complementarity effect appearing when the innovations are created at the intersection of public institutional spheres, businesses and universities, which corroborates efficiency of the triple spiral model “science-business-state" development in the context of the company’s innovations management.
