Formation of corporate culture of university students through corporate literature

The issue of formation and implementation of corporate culture in higher education is considered to create a healthy environment for the development of students as a future personnel reserve. Today, such work is being carried out at Kuban State University (KubSU) through the introduction of a code of corporate culture - a document regulating the basic ideological principles of the organization for the formation of commitment to common goals. The necessity to know the history of the native university is designated as one of the main aspects in the formation of the cultural and ethical foundation of the organization. Education in this area is achieved by publishing books dedicated to the anniversary of the university, faculty, and testing students (using the example of the Faculty of Computer Technologies and Applied Mathematics of KubSU) in order to motivate students to master the history of their faculty, which also contributes to the formation of corporate culture and improvement quality of education. The result of this work was to encourage students to study historical facts, traditions and modern life of their alma mater, which was the main goal.
