Agile methodologies are increasingly being used in management practices aimed at effective work and project implementation, which actualizes research aimed at developing competency models for the formation of a cross-functional team. In this regard, the article is devoted to the formation of cross-functional teams through the use of a competency-based approach. The article will be useful to hr-specialists, students and teachers in the direction of personnel management.
