Formation of mediative and conflictological competencies among students of professional educational organizations

The practical aspects of the formation of mediative and conflictological competencies among students of a professional educational organization are considered. The author argues the relevance of the study by the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards of secondary vocational education and employers to the level of formation of general competencies, soft skills, personal qualities necessary for young professionals to build effective interaction with colleagues in the course of work. The article presents the key characteristics of mediative and conflictological competencies of students, the necessary conditions for their formation in the educational process of VET, and generalizes the experience of an educational organization in implementing an additional educational program for students on the formation of the above competencies. The author draws attention to the fact that the formation of mediative and conflictological competencies among students is a complex process that should be built to a greater extent through practical forms of education, immersion in a specially organized environment of conflict and mediative practice, providing students with a choice of an individual learning trajectory.
