Migration processes in modern society have a significant impact on the design and implementation of the learning process in a secondary school. The article highlights the problems arising in the process of the development of metasubject skills of students who are not native speakers of the Russian language by means of Mathematics subject area in a secondary school. It also justifies specific solutions to selected problems and presents the content of the strategic program for the formation of metasubject skills of foreign stu-dents. Furthermore, the article proposes specific methodic guidelines on the formation of metasubject skills of foreign students in the process of learning Mathematics.
