This article examines the essence of the concept of «teacher’s methodological culture». The main components of methodological culture and approaches to its formation are highlighted. The main trends of modernization of the system of higher professional education have been analyzed, the requirements for the conditions of implementation of educational programs in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Professional Education have been studied. The experience of forming a methodological culture of the teacher by automating the process of development and design of educational programs on the platform 1C: UniversityPROF: Educational programs.
