Formation of methodology of information and analytical support of logistical management of the industrial enterprise

The paper introduces a special system of information and analytical support of logistical management to increase the efficiency of logistical management of the industrial enterprise. According to the author the system of information and analytical support of logistical management of industrial enterprises is a system intended to: measure key indicators of the logistics system of industrial enterprises; perform a comprehensive assessment of the efficiency of logistical management based on the criteria included in the system; monitor the effects of management decisions in the logistics sector. The system gathers necessary information about the key indicators of logistics activity, makes its analysis using a logistic model and allows to perform a comprehensive assessment of the efficiency of logistical management and monitor planned management decisions in the logistics sphere. In accordance with the proposed approach, intraproductive system of the industrial enterprise is taken as the initial zero level logistics system. The limits of this system do not include the source or recipient of external for the system flows. When expanding the boundaries of the system external flows become internal and the logistics system of zero level becomes a part of the logistics system of higher (first) level. The boundaries of this system are sort of logistic shell of an industrial enterprise. The further expansion of the boundaries of the logistics system and the inclusion of corporate counterparties - suppliers and customers - leads to the formation of the logistics system of the second level - logosphere of the industrial enterprise. The hierarchical structure of the function system of logistical management of the industrial enterprise is proved. According to the author's interpretation the main function of logistical management is an optimizing function, and to the function of the following level refers an integrating function as a necessary condition of optimization. Providing functions of the third level are coordinating, synchronizing and structuring functions. The structuring function is responsible for a certain set and interposition of basic elements of the logistics system of an industrial enterprise according to the functions and goals set before this system.
