The article is devoted to the formation of moral and psychological readiness of servicemen of national guard troops of the Russian Federation to perform service and combat missions. The article reveals the essence of formation of the moral and psychological readiness of military personnel to perform service-combat tasks, which includes some components, such as commitment to full inclusion and dedication, stress resistance and sustained motivation, confidence in their abilities and capabilities in performing service-combat tasks.
