Formation of motivation of students of a technical university in the study of a foreign language

The article discusses motivation as one of the main factors for the successful teaching of students in a foreign language at a technical university. The author distinguishes internal and external motivation. Particular attention is focused on the relationship between motive and learning motivation. The teacher plays the leading role in the formation of motivation.
