Formation of students' research skills in the practical Russian language course

The article considers a model of developing students' research skills in the process of teaching academic writing. The emphasis is on integrating research activities into the educational process and developing key competencies through involving students in real scientific work. The article presents the stages of developing research skills and describes effective pedagogical approaches implemented within the framework of a practical course of the Russian language. The role of the teacher in organizing educational and scientific activities, the importance of individual and collective work are emphasized. It is noted that systematic inclusion of students in scientific research contributes to professional growth, development of critical thinking and formation of sustainable motivation for learning.
