Formation of the fluent and supraliminal reading skills as a factor of better teaching the basic stage school students

The problem of forming reading skills resulting from the developed universal learning operations and as the basis of person’s intellectual development throughout the lifetime is discussed. Methods and tools forming fluent, supraliminal and correct reading, speed reading and hygienic requirements to reading are presented.
