The main goal of the article is to explore the significance of forming moral values in future teachers through the subject of world literature in higher education institutions. The analysis of literary works and understanding the moral dilemmas of characters contributes to the development of ethical concepts and humanistic qualities in students. The concepts of humanism, justice, and responsibility presented in world literature help future teachers develop the ability to address current moral issues in a developing society. The article also analyzes the impact of using interactive methods, role-playing, and group discussions in literature classes, as well as their effectiveness in the process of forming moral values. This study helps to understand the importance of teaching world literature in the pedagogical process and its influence on the personal and professional development of future educators.
