Formation of common cultural competence of future lawyers in the course of professional ethics

The article deals with the formation of common cultural competencies of future specialists studying at the higher learning educational program 40.05.02 “Law-enforcement activity” at a university. The content of the process is considered as the object of research. Forms of intermediate control as a means of formation of common cultural competences of future lawyers are the subject of the research. The aim of the study is to develop practice-oriented ways of formation of assimilation of common cultural competences for future of master’s degrees in law with the use of situational tasks. The paper reveals the essence of the concept of “common cultural competence” in its personal and activity aspects. The knowledge, abilities and special skills are shown as the result of passing the course. On the basis of the social order the methods of competence formation through practical tasks have been developed.
