Forming the foundations of ethnic identity in young schoolchildren through educational robotics

The article examines the process of forming the foundations of ethnic identity in primary school students through educational robotics. The authors propose the introduction of competitive educational projects and animated Yakut fairy tales into the "Educational Robotics" program as part of extracurricular education, as an effective means of forming the foundations of ethnic identity. The competitive projects are based on Yakut national games, while the animated representations of robots are based on Yakut national fairy tales. Examples of educational projects are provided, the educational technologies used are described, and the role of parents in forming ethnic identity in young schoolchildren through educational robotics is highlighted. Parents' interest in this issue is confirmed by the results of a survey conducted by the authors, and the potential of educational robotics in the process of forming the foundations of ethnic identity is demonstrated by the results of experimental work.
