Formation of patriotic values among students in the classroom in a foreign language in the educational process of the university

The problem of formation of patriotic values among future teachers is analyzed. Approaches and principles of organizing patriotic education, pedagogical conditions for the successful implementation of its tasks are highlighted. The feelings and skills that should be developed among students in the educational process are determined. The role and educational possibilities of local history are shown. Options for including local history material in various topics of the subject “Foreign language” are presented.
