Forming student's personal competence profile in the process of intermediate assessment in the form of demonstration examination

The problem of forming personal trajectory of student’s development in the conditions of demonstration exam is discussed. On the basis of the analysis of the existing theoretical and methodological approaches to the problem studied it is stated that the concept «personal competence profile» is founded on the confluence of two ontological concepts - «individual developmental trajectory» and «individual competence profile». Practical experiences of forming personal developmental trajectory of students in demonstration examinations of students at the International Institute of Design and Service are described. It is concluded that student assessment at the demo exam is more objective than the traditional assessment and that students have mre potential opportunities after this kind of intermediate assessment.
