The main task of managing the maintenance of operational infrastructure is to ensure its functional condition necessary for the safety and uninterrupted movement of trains. Planning of material and technical resources plays a significant role in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of this process. The article examines the main problems related to the planning material and technical resources at the regional infrastructural directorate level, as well as possible ways to solve them.
