Forming a positive motivation in the study of a foreign language in a technical university

The article deals with the problem of positive motivation when learning a foreign language in a technical university. Such methods of forming positive motivation as the content of educational material, the organization of educational activities, collective forms of learning, style of pedagogical activity are defined. The conclusion on the formation of positive motivation in the study of a foreign language among students of a technical university as a multi-component process that combines the role of the instructor and the modern arsenal of teaching and learning tools is made.
