The article examines the features of creating a positive image of a teacher of a general education organization in a digital environment. The relevance of the topic is due to the changing requirements for the status of educational institutions and the increase in their image vulnerability, the need to form a high rating through the presentation of scientific and pedagogical personnel and their achievements. The aim of the study is to study the peculiarities of creating teacher’s positive image by means of digital media platforms, to identify the regularities of their involvement in the information and communication space. The examples of the practical application of digital media platforms and social networks in the educational process are described. The authors come to a conclusion that the modern digital media platforms provide many opportunities to build a favorable professional image of the teacher.
