Forming a positive self-esteem of the student through participation in team sports

This article discusses the formation of a positive self-esteem through volleyball. The definitions of basic concepts such as self-esteem, team sport are given. The roles of each player in the team and their influence on the formation of a positive self-esteem are described. Exemplary exercises have been developed and presented in order to manifest their roles in the team and their dosage. A survey of students was conducted, as well as an analysis of the results of scientific research on this topic, which made it possible to identify the positive impact of team sports on students' self-esteem.
