Formation of the practice of applying legislation on taxes and fees in unstable socio-economic conditions

The article deals with the problems of applying certain provisions of the legislation on taxes and fees in Russia as a mechanism for stabilizing the socio-economic situation in the country. The article analyzes the provisions of legislation on taxes and fees.
