Formation of legal culture for students in higher professional education institutions

Today, in the conditions of a low indicator of the legal culture of Russian society, the problem oflegal socialization of young people is becoming so urgent that it affects the interests of many specialists in various fields of activity. First of all, such increased attention is explained by certain factors such as the social transformation of the individual and the modification of the educational system, which, first of all, contribute to certain difficulties in the process of legal adaptation of the younger generation to the new realities of the surrounding world. This paper analyzes the latest trends in the development of methods of teaching legal disciplines in higher institutions of the professional education system. In addition, the influence of legal culture on human behavior in the implementation of creative potential in the process of legal activity and social interaction is presented.
