Formation of entrepreneurial competence in educational lessons of law

The current socio-economic and political situation in our country requires the effective integration of the development potential of young people. The subject of youth entrepreneurship is one of the priorities and is widely discussed in connection with the Foundations of the State Youth Policy adopted at the end of last year. This article deals with the problem of formation of entrepreneurial competence among first-year students of secondary vocational education. The author proposes his own solution to this problem by applying various forms and methods of teaching, taking into account the specifics of organizing and conducting training lessons on business law.
