The formation of criminal incomes and institutional arrangements accepted in counteraction systems against legalization of criminal incomes and terrorism financing in the Republic of Tajikistan

Tajikistan ratified the United Nations Convention «The struggle against illegal circulation of narcotics and psychotropic substances» in 1988 and the Convention of the United Nations "Against the transnational organised crime" (2000) and signed the Convention «About the struggle against the financing of terrorism» in 1999. The drafting of the Bill «On the struggle against legalisation (laundering) of illegal incomes and terrorism financing" and the package of documents were worked out by the Agency of the financial control and fight against corruption together with National bank and other ministries and departments within the terms of a formed Work group.
