The article presents the results of a study samples on winter garlic to determine the variability of the seven signs under the influence of vegetation conditions. Signs with low and medium variability were determined. Stabilize the value of the sign of arid conditions of the test environment. The maximum effect on the stability of the sign "bulb weight" has a factor of "year" - 67%.
