In today's world, business is developing very rapidly. Every day there are more concepts, definitions and disagreements over which is diligent research. Some of these concepts are «brand» and «HR-brand». Over time they are becoming more and more sustainability, more and more organizations, people become the brand, an increasing number of companies achieve attractiveness among applicants and employees. For successful economic development are essential to human intelligence, knowledge, and abilities that should be transformed into new ideas, innovation, increased productivity and quality of labor, increase profits and increase competitive advantage. This situation is called a «recruitment boom» which stimulated the development of company image, employer brand and HR brand. It is easy to see that the mentioned issues in varying degrees connected with the staff of the enterprise, so the HR-brand is manifested more and more attention.
