Development of productive subjective position of university students as a pedagogical problem

The article considers the development of the productive subjective position of university students as a necessary component of their personal development during the educational process at university and also as a means for the achievement of academic learning outcomes. The purposeful efforts of teachers aimed at creating conditions for the formation and development of the students’ subjective position can result in improving quantitative and qualitative characteristics of educational activities on the one hand, and achieving personal results by the students that are significant both for their further social and professional activities. The productivity of the subjective position of university students is considered as an integral characteristic associated first of all with educational activity and focus on its effectiveness.
