In modern conditions of farming, attention should be paid to lupin - a culture that combines fodder and agroecological advantages. The soil and climatic conditions of the southern part of the Pskov region are not favorable enough for the cultivation of many leguminous crops (low fertility, excessive moisture, lack of heat, washing water regime), this certainly affects their productivity. In such economic conditions, the role of plant growth regulators increases. The research established, the positive effect of the plant growth regulator Novosil, WE (water emulsion) on the productivity of two varieties of narrow-leaved lupine: Bryansky 123 and Kristall in the conditions of the southern part of the Pskov region. Studies have shown that the use of this product at a rate of 20 ml / ha at the beginning of lupine flowering, contributed to an increase in seed productivity by 25.2-26.0%, accelerated the formation of the assimilation surface of the leaves and the accumulation of nodules during the growing season of the crop, which allowed to increase the size of biological nitrogen fixation to 96-106 kg / ha. The survival rate of lupine plants during the growing season in variants with the use of Novosil, WE was in the range of 94.8-97.4%.
