Formation of professional and communicative readiness of employees of internal affairs bodies as a factor of ensuring national security of the Russian Federation

Police officer is an element of the system of subjects protecting national interests,which is reflected in increasing the requirements for the level of professional training, the mostimportant task of which is the formation of professional and communicative readiness of policeofficers, allowing them to independently perform their official duties, taking into account thecommunicative responsibility that is assigned to them as representatives of the state. The presenceof professional and communicative readiness among police officers determines their readiness tosolve official tasks in stressful and extreme conditions.
