Formation of professional and managerial competence of heads of drug control units

The article considers the author's approach to the understanding of professional and managerial competence, its structure and content, as well as the author's view of the issue of formation and development of profes-sional and managerial competence of heads of drug control agencies units and the assessment of students' competence level via automated infor-mation system "Service feedback".
