The solution of the problem of forming professionally significant qualities of students in the college makes it possible to describe the process as being bilateral and interrelated: on the one hand, it is the creation of pedagogical conditions that form the desired qualities of the learner's personality, and on the other, the improvement of the pedagogical process of the college.
