Development of professional competency of technical school graduates

The article discusses the questions of professional competency development of technical school students. The authors describe the structure of professional competency of middle ranking specialists, which includes social, general professional and managerial competences. The paper defines the main targets of organization of the educational process at a technical school, determined by the peculiar features of the curriculum of competence-based vocational training.
