The article considers a probe version of the students’ immersion in the future professional artistic and creative sphere while studying the discipline «Propaedeutics». The creative projects for developing artistic products of decorative and applied art are considered. The attention is focused on acquiring professional competencies by the students majoring in 54.03.02 «Decorative and applied art and folk crafts».
